For deliveries outside of England please allow an extra 1-2 working days

All deliveries are Monday-Friday. (Saturday if paid for Saturday Delivery) (Excluding public holidays) Delivery times are an estimate, under some circumstances, delivery times may be longer than expected.

If you need an order by a specific day, please inform the team and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

At the moment we only deliver to the UK, Channel Islands & IOM.

RETURNS

All custom (bespoke) items are not eligible for returns. non custom items can be returned within 7 days

If you wish to make a return, please send an email to sales@canvasa.co.uk stating your order number.

Refunds will be processed once received by us, please allow up-to 7 days for refunds to be processed.
